I like the small touch of color in the stained glass in the distance. The cross seems just a touch skewed, but it is what it is. Maybe a little too much empty space toward the top of the frame for me. Maybe a little more perspective to put the cross higher would have worked well.

Kind of a plain shot, lighting could have improved it some. I'm not sure exactly what to suggest though. Perhaps a look through the candy challenge from a few months back could give some ideas. I see some compression artifacts and looking at the file size of the image, it is a bout 2/3 the file size you could have used. Check your jpeg compression settings when saving for a challenge, in order to have the file come in as close to 150k as possible, without going over it.

Taking advantage of all that icy weather up north, I see. I like the texture of the partially covered branches, and bridges are always interesting subjects. I'm not sure if it's the composition or distractions such as the phone lines, this comes in as good, but not great for me.

Meets the challenge, but I'm just not finding much interest in this. I do like the way you tried to use the natural contrast of the shadows vs the bright window. Perhaps more of a near perspective may have helped. Or if it were a glass or vase on the windowsill instead.
