Looks like there was some flash that gives him a bit of a flat appearance. A different crop may have made it flow a touch better, but otherwise, this is good.

Nice detail and colors on the dome. There's some JPEG artifacts showing around the edge of the dome. You had about another 16k of file size available, that might have reduced it some to use a notch or two lower compression value.

The purple clouds look to be the result of tweaking colors, and is a little unnatural and out of place in comparison to the foreground. This is really nice. A 7, but if not for the purple, it would have gotten an 8 from me.

Nice golden glow, the clouds appear embossed on the sky. Unfortunately, nice sunsets are easy to find, and to me, this does not stand out from the pack.

You need to watch your compression settings, as well. There are visible compression artifacts around the dark cloud, and the file size of 38k shows why. You had another 112k to use. You probably also lost some detail elsewhere in the shot due to that.

I like the colors, though it's not thrilling me. I think it may be from being too centered up. If it were off to the right a bit, it would cause my eye to swoop in from left to right and then up the arch.
