The 3 churchesby MiepComment: Yes, it frames the scene nicely, but what is it? Actually, the scene is nice, but the framing element looks totally out of place. I'm afraid it doesn't work for me.
Watch your cropping, I can see white areas at the corners where you straightened the image. |

Spiral Staricaseby sethlfrenchComment: DOF could use some improvement. A higher f-stop could help. Some blown highlights on the left. To be fair, it is difficult to get good exposure both outside and with the scene inside. I may not have done any better with this. |

Archwayby yotchiComment: Almost nailed it. The color, texture, subject and detail are all great. The comp does not work for me, though. Maybe it's the way it is abruptly cut off at the door bottom. Not totally sure. Got some outtakes for the post challenge outtakes thread? |
