Your file size is only about 83k when you could have used up to 200k. This indicates a lot of JPEG compression, which is surely taking some detail out of your photo. Check the JPEG compression settings in your image editor and always try to save as close to the limit for a challenge as you can get it without going over.

The blown highlights and shadows are a bit of a problem on this as well. Strong sun is a challenge to shoot in.

A great view, but there's not a lot of detail showing and the whole shot is fairly low contrast. To be fair, these things don't exactly pose and it's a better capture than I could have done.
