Cute and well done for a snapshot. Lighting was not the greatest, but it was clearly a shot of opportunity. This girl is looking a little familiar. I think I've seen her in a challenge before, but I can't place whose kid it is.

Colors and contrast are a bit dull, I'm afraid. Some curves adjustments would help that. A good tutorial on curves is on DPC right here.

Also, your file size is a lot smaller than was allowed. It's only 35k and you could have used up to 150k for this challenge. You have certainly lost some clarity and detail to JPEG compression. Check the JPEG compression settings in your image editor and always try to save as close to the limit for a challenge as you can get it without going over.

Good comp and visual impact, but the shot just seems plain to me nonetheless. Perhaps some adjustments could bring out the texture of that chicken wire some and that might give it a kick.

A gorgeous scene, but the tilt seems done simply to meet the challenge and does not add any impact to it. I honestly think the scene would be be better in the normal manner. I do like the texture of all the broken ice and the water alternating with each other. I'd love to see some non-tilted shots from this session.
