Looks kind of soft and a little grainy. I looked at the file size and your image is only 45k, which indicates a lot of JPEG compression is in use. This is taking a lot of the clarity and detail out of your image. check your compression setting in your image editor and save as close as possible to the limit for a challenge. This will maintain the maximum possible detail.

Your file size is only 54k when you could have used up to 150k. This indicates a lot of JPEG compression, which is taking a lot of detail and clarity out of your photo. Check the JPEG compression settings in your image editor and always try to save as close to the limit for a challenge as you can get it without going over.

Focus is a little off. Hard to get focus right through the water, I've been working on improving my aquarium shots as well, and this is better than anything I have gotten.
