This could have been a reasonably well scoring entry, but it's seriously lacking in a couple of technical regards. I think the lighting and color is great. I find the composition to be a little too low in the frame, however. That bit may be a matter of preference.

The other big thing is JPEG compression. There is lots of blurry pixelation visible on the frame. Your file size of only 29k also indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing most of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)
