If my veggie sticks were smoking like that, I think I'd just wait for the main course. Great shot, but I think for a photo of a recipe, it's a bit unrealistic. Or, is there a reason for the smoke I am unaware of?

When I lived in the U.K., my mother in law (born and raised in the southern US) came to visit us. She went to the nearby Co-Op store asking for "hamburger meat" They offered her a can of some kind of meat patties and she returned telling us "They don't have hamburger meat in this country!". "No, Momma, you have to ask for mince!" (US and UK: two countries separated by a common language!)
