once upon a timeby taseComment: Once upon a time, the shrubs in the yard needed trimming, but the homeowner was too busy playing with his photos and voting on DP Challenge, so the yard work never got done and the pruning shears eventually rusted away. The end. |

This sucksby EfgoComment: Ok, This one HAS to get my red award for injecting a little humor. It would actually be the blue one, except that would not be right in the red challenge. This time, the second place funny pic gets the blue.

Blue is the nightby HauxonComment: Tonight on the Discovery channel, Galactical Geographic visits the planet Dumak. Here we see the Dumakan High desert at noontime. To the left of the frame you can see the three breathing snouts of kibbidle rats, which stay under the sand until the midday heat has past. Only the hardened whiffle snake and journalists with a death wish dare to venture out in this terrible heat of 20 degrees centigrade. |

One color onlyby Rino63Comment: Odd composition to this. I suspect it's been getting some low votes because of it. It is strangely appealing to me though. |

Sea Glassby JuliBocComment: People have just no regard for others, leaving fine vases and china all over the seashore like this. Next thing I'll be having to step around lots of sharp diamonds just to enjoy the beach! |
