Reptiliaby robstComment: Very, very smooth and detailed. It's hard to get that through the kind of water these usually live in. It must have been very still. I like it. |

BOTTOM'S UPby whitewolfComment: There may be a little extra JPEG compression taking away some detail. Your file size is only 82k and you could have used up to 150k for this challenge. Compression kills detail. Always use the least compression you can get away with and still come in under challenge limits. I think less compression might have given you a little more of that clear, crisp detail tha we all like to see on glass. |

fogby chromeydomeComment: Nice fogginess. Fog always gives a nice sense of dimension. |

Scratch My Bellyby SusanJonesOutOnTheCoastComment: Cute, but somehow it's just not grabbing me. I'm not sure if some adjustments could enhance this or not. I popped this into my editor to see and a saturation increase really brought out some nice details in the seals mouth and the reflections in the water. |

Japanes garden of peaceby melissamp99Comment: I agree that the colors are a little strong. Perhaps reducing the saturation of yellow would give the shrubs a more natural look. Details on the stonework in the foreground seem a bit washed out as well, which is odd for an HDR. Regarding our discussion of compression, this one is already close to the challenge limit and probably would not compress a lot due to the amount of complicated detail. |
