Joyous Impactby ccadmanComment: A little bit of blur on the faces, but this is a real life, active scene. Marginally a snapshot, but this is as good as snapshots get. Looks like they are having loads of fun. |

'Thats Life'by jamesfraterComment: A pretty good capture bumped up a couple of notches by an exceptional scene. Might fit into the "business person" challenge as well. |

Roots & Shootsby k9logicComment: Your filesize is very small at 53k. Much of that is accounted for by a dark background that compressed very well, however, you may have been able to squeeze a little more detail and clarity from this by using less compression. you had another 147k to use.
This is pretty simple and straight forward, but the lighting and colors are good. |

Circle of Lifeby limerickComment: No argument over the concept here! I see some artifacts in the upper left corner and in various places around the edge of the wheel. Some grayish areas around the stand as well. I am on my calibrated monitor at work right now. I suspect my monitor at home will show a nice clean white background. I'll be curious if anyone else sees this. I won't ding you for it, it's subtle.
Added: Looking at it on my monitor at home now, and as expected, it appears to be a nice solid white background with none of the artifacts that were previously visible. If I look really hard in the upper left corner I can see a hint of a color difference, but only because know it is there. |

Pokeby simplesilentComment: This is really good. I don't understand the relation of the title to the image, but that may just a case of me being dense. I may have gone for some brighter colors, but I can appreciate the look you were going for. A 9 and a fave.
Oh, also, can I print this out for my nephew? He has a theater class project to collect pictures of abstract makeup and this would be perfect. |

Water Fairyby Man_Called_HorseComment: Good try. I'm afraid just don't see this as fitting the topic, which was a very broad one. It is an interesting splash shot though, with a nice wall of bokeh. |
