Peppyby magenmarieComment: Never heard of this chain. Like the clouds, and perspective view, though the main part of the image looks a little odd. As if it were softened and then resharpened. |

Ice-Stationby diverssComment: Neat idea, but I'm afraid it comes off like a snapshot to me. Not sure what to suggest, though. |

Olde & Abandonedby GallatinComment: Love the subject. it's clear, sharp, and colors are good. About the only real thing that's a problem here is what looks like midday sun. I've found close-in detail shots seems to better take advantage of that sort of light than overall scenes. |

Over 60 years of serviceby griz210Comment: A very simple and clean composition and good, sharp detail. If not for the price sign, this could have been taken anytime over the last 30-40 years. |

St. Croixby bladComment: I like the duotone treatment, detail and sharpness here. It's not coming off to me really great, however. I think it may be the composition. Heavy, eye drawing object at both the top and bottom are maybe pulling my gaze in two directions, rather than toward one main subject. |

59¢ per gallonby CutterComment: Looks more like 59 gallons, if I were to be nitpicky about what the pump reads. Nice retro look to this. Not sure there is a real relation between the pretty model and the pump, but, heck, it's just an interesting backdrop for her. There doesn't have to be a story or connection. |

Armourdale Tow Truckby teacherphotoComment: Seems a bit tilted. Not sure if the sepia works here or not. I guess it depends on what the color version looks like. |
