BlueBalletby MelethiaComment: This explains why I had deja vu when this showed up on my Flickr homepage several times as a new upload. I had thought you were doing re-edits. Makes a huge difference. This blue version seems to convey a feeling of sadness.
I downloaded the trial of lightroom, but am having trouble finding out how to do things. Won't be buying it anyway, as I can't spare the $$ right now for something like that. Message edited by author 2009-03-01 11:59:48. |

Week 8: Metamorphosisby lynnesiteComment: Effective cloning work. You also gave just enough extra pop to the horse to give him her some nice dimension. Nice details in the face. Message edited by author 2009-03-01 00:57:24. |

Paddock-Idyll-10-copy-2.jpgby jomariComment: Great job removing that fence. I can only see the faintest hint of where one of the wires was on the right horse, and only because I now know where it had been. Must have taken a lot of cloning work on that left horse.
The removal of the fence makes a huge change in this image. Instead of hanging on the fence wire, the girl now looks like she is dancing around in the field. Message edited by author 2009-03-01 00:54:08. |

repair the timeby valioooComment: There is a long story suggested by this one, with the viewer left to fill in the details. Good job. |

Sphericuzzleby naomikComment: What the heck izzit? There's a little bit of fuzziness to some of the edges and gray areas. At only 60k in size, you had a lot more overhead for reducing compression and you may have been able to get some more smoothness out of this by using less JPEG compression. That said, it's still an interesting shot and worthy of a decent vote. |

Find the key to unlock the puzzleby GiorgioComment: I really like this. My one nitpick is it looks slightly odd with the edges of the tray (drawer?) slightly cut off at frame edge. Otherwise, this is great, with lots of colorful, but grungy detail. Not sure exactly what it is trying to convey, but that may be the puzzling thing. |

crack thisby skewsmeComment: Nice, maybe needs a touch more visual oomph for that DPC friendliness. I gave it a whirl in PSP and some curves. saturation and clarify brought out a lot of detail. Whether or not it's an improvement may be a matter of personal opinion, though. |
