Good title. It has a rather moody look to it. Reminds me of the whomping willow in Harry Potter. Not the same kind of tree, just the sense of it. I love the B&W.

Day 27: Caspian Tern with Fish

Fun in the sun. The sun is just above those thin clouds, trust me. This is a great action shot of the Tern fishing. I love the movement in the air and in the reflection in the water.

Day 27a - The Bike Path

It is great to have a path for multi-use. The yellows warm up the blues and grays. We have one under way on the East side of the island and it will probably be completed some time in this decade or the next depending on City Councils battles over it.

I like the look of this downtown. The building on the left is incredible. The story of the diner is great as well. Numbers and letters are not too imaginative but then NYC has alphabet city and numbered streets and avenues. I guess it is not so strange after all. Here you hope there's a landmark because the streets can be difficult to pronounce.
