Great colors, lighting, composition/pose. My only quibble is that parts of the dress seems sharper than the face (in particular the one rose on her chest) -- not sure if this is because the plane of focus is slightly off or because the strong pattern of the dress just makes it look sharper. You might consider sharpening the face a tad or blurring the dress a bit.

Nice sharpness and lighting, great pattern on the dress, expression here seems fine, eyes are great. You might consider desaturating the greens in the background to de-emphasize that area (and perhaps even crop a bit off the top). Minor suggestion: rotate this slightly so that the ledge/wall is perfectly horizontal.

Horizontal aspect works well here with the interesting bokeh. Regarding suggestions for improvement, the face seems a bit soft, especially with the collar in the lower right being sharper; you might try not only sharpening the face but blurring the collar as well so that they are more evenly matched.

I like the composition with the head in one corner and the guitar in the opposite one. It is a bit soft for my taste as well.

B&W looks great. Face/hair are nicely lit/exposed, but forearms/elbows seem a bit too bright. Other than that one issue, excellent job.

Nice job here, well done pose, the letters on her back certainly add lots of interest. [BTW, what do they say?] Blacks do indeed look good. Suggestion for improvement (minor): perhaps a whiter background would make her stand out better and result in a more dramatic image.
