Both that you posted are very nice, but I prefer this one -- both are very pretty, both have great lighting, this one has better pose/composition, and I prefer the slighly warmer white balance in this one.

Very distinguished looking gentleman. The win evidently explains his happiness. Image works well in B&W, nice tones, well-lit, good crop, good focus. Minor suggestions: a) there are a few white spots on his cheek, neck and suit, you might clone those out; b) the background is very noisy, you might use blur or noise reduction to reduce/eliminate it.

Its funny how you have made them look so different in the photos of each of them separately, yet when you put them side by side they really do resemble each other in many ways.

I am also impressed how cooperative they are with respect to having their photos taken by their mom -- definitely not the norm around this age. Great job, guys!!!
