Nice location shot, I like that you have her placed in the center of the manhole cover. You might consider cloning out the three things on the wall towards the right, this will make for a cleaner shot that better emphasizes the geometric pattern of the wall.

Great staging/composition, nice black on black. excellent lighting.

Even though she may in fact be a belly dancer, the title just does not seem to fit because the one thing we can't see of her is the belly.

The Beret

Also very nice. Seeing this one and comparing it to the previous color one, the beret here provides much less of a distraction so that I look right at her face when I first see the photo, whereas in the other one the beret is what first grabs me. Another difference is that I like how you lightened up the left side of her face better in this one than the other one.

I really like how you captured the sense of action/motion. And I like the intent look on the face.

I suspect the noise came from the fact that the hallway was relatively dark. So the options are
a) use better noise reduction software (and you may have exhausted this possibility already)
b) flash (ideally with good diffuser)
c) camera with better high ISO performance
d) 50 mm prime lens somewhere around f1.4
