Did you try a horizontal layout and cropping it just above the trees across the river so that the girl and swans were more of the picture, and not the sky? I don't know if it was intentional or not, but the picture is very grainy. Normally, that is not real appealing to me, but in this picture, it makes it feel like we are back in teh 70's, and for some reason, that is effective. Also, for some reason, I like that you got the back of her head, and not her face.

The face is a touch too dark (simply because I would like to see her features). having said that, though, I imagine getting light in her face might have wakened her, and as the mother of a 4 month old, that is not a cool thing to do. Beautiful child, peaceful picture. Well done.
