Rockin on a front porchby Jamie 5Comment: I like the angle of this and the shallow depth of field. I think it would be particularly effective in bw with a solid background, as well, as the background colors seem to compete with teh actual subject of the shot. |

Good close crop -- it helps minimize what could be a distracting background. |

Slickby Army of nOneComment: Interesting abstract. It almost looks like a piece of aluminum foil reflecting something. The colors are drab (as can be expected in rain), but if there had been anything that was bright or bold, it may have made the shot a bit more of an eye-grabber,. |

Raindropsby loriprophotoComment: Good composition -- I like how it leads from the lower left to the upper right, and i really like the contrast of the purple on the green. A tighter crop on the right, though it would have "centered" the composition, would also make an effective shot, I think. |
