I find the lack of contrast rather distracting. The fly should have been highlighted more and your DOF should have been adjusted to compensate for the lack of detail in the fork.

This would be an interesting capture but the black is overexposed and the detail in the foreground is blurred, it's difficult to focus on anything.

A Day at the Zoo

I love this photo of Amish/Mennonite kids at the zoo. I didn't see this one when I voted but I wish I had, it's beautifully done. It should have scored higher in the challenge.. but then I don't place a lot of value on the scores. It's the quality and merit of the photo that counts. You should consider offering prints of this!
