The technicals are letting you down in a great composition. The blue in the duotone is way too overpowering, and the HDR routine left you with some haloing around the towers.

Nicely composed and framed. Not an infrared fan, much less so on a scene like this, which should reflect all the glorius greens and blues instead of the sickly, pallid colours that infrared gives.
