For more impact I would have rotated the image until the fence at the bottom was horizontal and then cropped to remove it.

The main fence fills the frame nicely but it's spoilt by the thin blurred wire across the centre of the frame. Couldn't you have moved your camera position up or down slightly to avoid this?

I like the position of the tree and building but would like to have seen the building without the branch through the middle of it. Could you have achieved a better result by positioning the camera closer to the ground so the branch went over the top?

Oh and the colours are too saturated for my taste.

I like the ingredients in this picture but feel the rule of thirds has been broken. A different crop would have received a higher vote from me.
