I'm assuming the dog is the subject here. If the background consisted of just the legs of the person behind then it would fit the challenge quite well and is likely to be a pretty good picture. However much of the image consists of a rather cluttered mess.

She's got the looks

If the "subject" is the red elements on the girl's dress then this meets the challenge. However I doubt that was the intention in this picture in which case it fails to meet the challenge since there is very little to separate the girl at the front from the other three children. Additionally there is a partially cut of head at the top of the frame that looks very bad.

Contrasting Whites

There is so much variation in "white" tones throughout the background that there is little contrast with the equally numerous tones in the subject. so in my opinion it fails to meet the challenge very well.

Since this is a bird in flight I'll assume the sky was virtually white to start with and very little editing has been done. In which case this is an excellent shot that meets the challenge well.

The fade into the distance is good. Unfortunately it's overexposed and out of focus at the other end. I think the snow ruins this shot. Re-shoot when it stops snowing and you'll have an excellent shot for a different challenge.

There is so much white in the background that the contrast with the swan is reduced. So in my opinion it doesn't meet the challenge very well.

I don't see "perspective" in this picture. I see a rather abstract view of, I think, a bird on a pond, but I could be wrong.
