Your idea is good. The choice of a ringed glass adds interest. Anything white can be difficult to photograph since the meter in your camera will be fooled into trying to make it grey as it has here (18% grey). Adding between 1.5 and 2 stops of exposure would have helped here.

Composition is good. Not that you have any control over lighting here but the light in this image is a bit flat.

Interesting choice of composition. Your image of the moon is sharp and seems to be exposed just right.

This is a great idea to emphasize the two marbles in the middle. There doesn't seem to be enough separation between those two and the ones immediately behind. This could be solved by decreasing the DOF or moving the background marbles further away.

Good perspective and DOF. Did you try it with a little less sky and a little more grass in the foreground? The golf ball would stand out even more if more of the background was dark.

Was it cloudy when you took this? The colours are a little dull due to a lack of lighting. One thing that may help is a flashlight. You can get some interesting effects by spotlighting a particular area of the image.
