My shadowby Bulldog50Comment: It's a shadow alright, but it's not scoring points for creativity... |

Female in the shadowsby daclozerComment: This is a nicely executed photo for sure... I like these shadows and how they highlight your model... There are two things that may improve this photo... First of all, allowing a little or all of her face to appear would be nice.. Secondly, this leapord skin comforter or what ever it is... I'm thinking that it makes this photo quite busy looking... another very minor and picky detail is that the shadows on yor model die at her foot.. not a big deal but it was just something that I noticed. I think I may have seen a similar shot on photosig this week... could be the same photographer and model maybe? I think you have some definite potential with this model... keep up the good work! I worked to a similar format this week and I hope to do more like it in the future... if you would like to share ideas sometime, let me know! Great shot... - jmsetzler |

Summer Afternoon Snoozeby AmphianComment: Your photo is playing with almost all of my favorite characteristics of photography :) I love diagonals ( I wish these were a little stronger) and i love sharp conrasts as well. The golden lighting in this photo is really nice and the shadow of the book on this hammock really adds a very thoughtful touch to the work... Great shot = 10 :) - jmsetzler |

Shadow Glassby darylbrownComment: This is nice! i wonder what it would have looked like done in color and filled with a colored liquid? Maybe red or blue? The only part of this image that I don't care for is the 'corner' in the background... good shot! - jmsetzler |

Fooseball Funby C3DComment: This angle is a little strange... i would like to see more of the player shadows here... the gleam on the cross bars is also a nice touch! good shot :) - jmsetzler |

Simply Redby BNCComment: This is a beautifully executed image... I *love* the contast between the red rose, the dark shadows, and the white background.. I envy those of you who do well with white backgrounds... that has been an area I have avoided and i really need to work on it some... It takes more time and patience than I am usually willing to give to get these images just right... I love the diagonal orientations in this photo also... I'm a sucker for the strong diagonals. I am trying to decide how much i like the blurred shadow.. i think it works very well here but I would also like to see the same image with a more defined sharp shadow... I don't see any reason that this photo should not receive a 10 :) Great work! |

Strung Outby millerComment: This is a GREAT shot... I, possibly, would have enjoyed seeing just a little more of the sound hole to help accentuate the fact that I'm looking at an acoustic guitar... great capture of shadows :) |
