wow... this image speaks many volumes to me... first of all, i love the contrasts. The black and white was an excellent choice for this photo. This image is fairly difficult to interpret as texture... i can see the uneven texture of the surface, but I think that if the immediate foreground was in the focal plane, the image would have more impact. = 4 - jmsetzler

This is an excellent example of texture... the composition is also very nice. The motion blur in the finger really adds a great touch to this one :) The only thing I don't particularly like in this image is the yellow tone of the paper. Is this the natural tone or is it in need of a white balance adjustment? good work :) = 7 - jmsetzler
