Melbourne Skylineby rstocksComment: This is a nice cityscape... I like the composition of the tallest building on the left... the strip of ? across the bottom of the frame is a bit of a distraction from the overall image.. maybe that could have been cropped out? The horizon is nice and level as well... good attention on that :) - setzler |

Bomont Towerby lumbardhComment: I think this photo has very good potential. The lighting here may need a little assistance... this image goes from blown out at the bottom to too dark at the top of the tower, IMO. It appears that, unfortunately, the natural lighting on this tower is not very even. I seriously doubt that there is a really great way to photograph this at night without some extra lighting of some sort... subjectively, I like it :) - setzler |

Reflecting On My Little Cornerby LVEComment: I understand the capture of 'your corner of the world' in this photo, but on the subjectivity scale, there is nothing that really grabs me and says HELLO. I like the effect that the longer exposure has on the lights :) - setzler |

Presidential Mansion by arnitComment: The reflection adds a very nice dimension to this photo. I can't make up my mind completely if I like the horizon splitting the center of this photo... I can see that the sky is probably uninteresting, so adding more of that would probably not help... Maybe moving the horizon up in the frame would create more impact... I don't know what is visible in the water below the frame here... good shot :) = 8 - jmsetzler |

Vineyardby bobgaitherComment: This is an interesting photo... I can actually see a couple of the grape bunches on the vines... There are a few suggestions that I think may help this particular photo a bit... If you have the capability on your camera, a polarizing filter would remove quite a bit of the haze and blue cast that is showing in the distance of this image... also, I think that possibly showing some length on the rows between the vines would create a nice leading line into the horizon... good shot :) - setzler |

A Good Morning Songby vtruanComment: Is this a stuffed bird? I'm not sure I really understand how this defines your corner of the world... maybe this bird is only native to your area? - setzler |
