Where dreams are made...by moodvilleComment: excellent use of toning and softness/blur to enhnace the theme of this photo... It makes me feel like my early morning eyes haven't adjusted to the sunlight yet. The light also creates some very interesting shadow work on the bedsheets.. excellent work :) |

Ski Lake Tahoeby smfsnowindComment: interesting duotone... beautiful landscape as well... The only problem I have with this image is the tone chosen for the duotone... It seems to be in direct conflict with the scene. The warmer sepia gold/orange/yellow tint doesn't seem to work well for the cold snowy scene for me... = 5 |

Pigeonby RefocusedComment: the curve in this shot is very elegant... the simple geometries of the architecture really seem to create a nice internal 'conflict' with the pigeon on the ledge, but that pigeon adds a wonderful touch to this photo :) The image seems just a tad noisy and slightly over exposde though. = 7 |
