this is an interesting macro, but I think your background takes away from the 'negative space' concept here just a bit... the contrasts make my eye wander throught your 'negative space'...

This is a really nice shot.. I love the geometry of it. For me, shapes and contrast are both important elements of a photograph, especially a black and white.. great work :) = 10

I really love the tone and the mood of this photograph. The exposure here is also most excellent. I love this shot 'as is' but there may be a couple more compositions here that would also be extremely nice. Without knowing what I can't see in this room, maybe a lower camera angle to include the entire window could also be nice. Another element that would be interesting here would be if someone was sitting on the bench looking out the window....
