lot's wifeby FourPointXComment: Powerful image. The high key approach works very well on this. Great terror shot. |

Revelation 16:16 And he gathered them together by jmritzComment: What a terrifying scene! I love the hand hovering above it all, and the different orientations and distortion of the faces, the use of some grave imagery to communicate the dead, and the couple walking towards the hills to communicate the living. There is too much to see. Too much to take in. A great representation of what that event may be like. |

Genesis 1:3by GeneralEComment: OK. It is not supposed to look like anything, and it doesn't. The bright colors draw the eye, and the mind tries to attribute meaning to it, when there apparently isn't meaning. I'm assuming the center section is selective desat, but it shows a change happening in the midst of all the other colors. You could also view this as the colors being spun off of the central black & white area. Very successful use of the abstract to communicate the message. |

Lot's Wifeby vawendyComment: What a hard expression to convey! Yet, she seems to be longingly looking back (at least away from the camera), both distressed and disappointed at the same time. And, over it all the congealing salt crystals form. Going. Going. and just before Gone. |

The Last Supperby ElaineComment: Nice shot. A rather westernized concept of the bread & wine, but effective nonetheless. It almost seems that the wine is a tad too dark, but I like how the red gets projected onto the bread. I also like your composition on this - a bit wider than typical, but the negative space adds to the image nicely. |

Jacob's Ladderby YandrosxxComment: I really like the way my eye is drawn into the picture. Very effective use of black & white. Not sure I'd equate a church with heaven, and he doesn't look much like an angel. But, it was a dream, after all; wasn't it? |
