Candle-Flowerby tUpAc_LiL_bRoThAComment: A fill flash may have saved this shot from being too dark - the candle flame is already over-exposed, but the flower holder is too dark, combined with a dark background. However, this is something compelling about this photo if you look closely. |

Mmmmm.......Circlesby humanprotocoldroidComment: Having the whole donut in focus would have been much better. Also, a tighter crop (top at just before hole on donut just behind the one in focus) would be stronger - the photo doesn't need the additional donuts to communicate your message. (Just scroll the page down to see what I mean.) |

"Bring Me To Life"by awpollardComment: A simple dark background helps the shapes and colors come to life - very, very nice shot. I would have preferred a different CD cover on the top CD (like Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, whose rainbow would tie to the colorful CD covers - but maybe that would be too obvious.) |
