Your use of reflection here, while maintaining the illusion of a normal room through the placement of the corner is excellent. In addition, the tones and colors blend very nicely, and your model looks like someone that would be fun to know. As if all of that wasn't enough, the light reflected in her eyes make them sparkle!

Ah, but the game isn't over yet - with responsible use Mother Nature can make a comeback (and maybe even without it, though I'm not sure it is wise to take that risk) - look at the forests in the North East, the rivers in Ohio & New York.

Maybe it is intentional, but the picture looks a bit washed out.

I think the layers of different background colors with distinct borders detracts significantly from this photo. This is a typical result of editing, but I find it distracting to any degree, but it is especially strong in your shot.

For some reason, I had a hard time figuring out the hands / arms. The models are not looking / faced the same direction. The girl is not looking at the older lady whom she is hugging. Nor is the girl facing the camera. If the child and adult were looking at each other, or both looking directly at camera, I think it would draw you more into the picture and the moment. Nice focus & lighting.
