this is a cool shot, I think it needs a little something to punch it up, maybe a crop of the top portion, just above the uppermost break in the clouds..that way it looks like more of a "struggle" as StevePax mentioned, but it doesn't give it a mundane centred subject.

Also wonder if there was a decent meeting at the horizon to be added so we could see the land to give this struggle some context.

you're probably going to laugh, but my first thought was "oh, like sperm fighting to be the one that fertilizes the egg!" Strange, but true. Like the use of tools to convey a message. :)
