In addition to the comments below, it strikes me that the image is slightly overexposed and you should adjust the contrast bring up the darker portions of the image.

Wow, this conveys attitude....very nice. I am not sure about the busy background. It actually could be adding to the image. I would like to see it without the busy background to see if it were better....it may not be.

I like this type pose. This is well done. On my laptop monitor the face looks a little overexposed with a loss of color.

Nice pose, nice setting, with all this set the lighting is the concern. It is a little washed out and the shirts and faces appear a little overexposed.

These are nice images, the main concern with all of them is the flash residue and the results of that. This one feels washed out and the ladies blouse and face may be a little over exposed.

The young man's pose could stand some straightening....he is slouching which isn't becoming to him.

This one too has some lighting issues and feels washed out because of it. There seems to be a "V" of light (shadow?) leading away from the people.

Very nice, this one does not have as much of the "flash feel" as the first image. Really nice background. The angle of their feet strikes me as forced. Overall a very nice image, I would have been proud to have taken it.

As with the others, you have done a fine job with this image. Changes? Maybe if the closer men weren't quite as centered and perhaps if you had been standing a little further left (or closer to the men) so the overhead lights would have created an angle through the image to draw you in.

The comments are suggestions that might have improved it, this is a nice image.
