Beautiful picture, but hardly a portrait other than orientation and natural lighting. Maybe you were trying to push the definition, but I fear your score will be adversely affected. Still I'll give you a 6 for this shot. It would have been higher if I felt it met the challenge. I saw a beautiful firey cloud sunset over a boat harbor a week or so ago, but alas had no camera.

Another animal portrait. The feet are cut off and the tail appears to be a growth on the head. The background could have been improved also and the coloring more saturated. I'm guessing you didn't spend a lot of time on this challenge.

Good picture. Unless I'm misinterpreting you need to be a little more careful of mis-typing these short titles. To me it reflects on the care you put into the picture and even though it isn't the picture it often affects my scoring. Good DOF and bokeh. In Advanced Editing I'd recommend taking out some of the overblown white in the shirt.
