I like the lighting and subject, but the angle at which you've captured his face is an unflattering one at best. Also, looks like there's some motion blur in this.

The light along the top of the frame pulls the viewer's eye away somewhat. Maybe some fill flash is needed?

I have to wonder if different framing, faster exposure, or even a different orientation to give the shadow more attention wouldn't have worked better. Still a great shot.
