Looks like the Fort Pitt Bridge from just beyond Station Square. Great shot with an interesting POV, although as far as the challenge goes, this is more about the bridge and skyline than the water, I think.

Funny you say that. I did consider this for the Centered Composition challenge (I sat out that week), but for reasons expressed in my image description, this was a difficult and nervous kind of shot. Conceptually, I love it, but techically I'm not real happy with it.

Of all the long exposure illusions in this challenge, this might be the only one that really does anything for me (have twelve more images to look at). Nicely done.
