Bay still lifeby redpandaComment: Dramatic sky - I like the dark gold color. Wish the ship were sharper. Vertical composition might have worked better -including the refelction and more sky. |

Walk Awayby StructorComment: What a tremendous composition - the person right on the thirds line, the striking diagonals from the mountain to the horizon and in the sweep of the clouds... but the image is so dark and lackng in contrast... I couldn't resist trying to brighten it up. I used levels, curves, selective colors, shadows and highlights:

lets have laughter!by focus57Comment: Fun! I like having the two of them in the photo - the one slightly out of focus gives depth to your image. Might look even better with more contrast. |

Still My Favorite Mountains by dsidwellComment: Lovely black and white. I like the leading and "misleading" lines- they keep my eyes wandering around and around this engaging composition and beautiful landscape. 10 |

Ole Blue Eyesby vtruanComment: I enjoy the expression you've captured here - this is a Llama with personality and a high opinion of himself. Your title reflects that - he does have a lovely eye. However I think the color cast of the photo is too green. With some adjustments in photoshop using hue/saturation or color adjust, you can get a more natural light and even highlight the blue of the eye - see what you think:

Slightly off Trackby bippiComment: I love the drama of this photo - the line of the rail running along the bottom, the stars and clouds floating etheral above. However the way you have exposed it is too dark for my tastes. I would prefer to lighten the image - bring out some of the contrasts and colors - I lightened the shadows using shadows/highlights, boosted the yellow and red colors a bit in Hue/saturation, and tweeked the exposure in curves. I also reduced noise with noise ninja. I don't know what you'll think, but I like the results better...
