Put it on the VISA!by MichaelsComment: Funny pun. You got some nice deatil on the numbers of the card...wish the ring had more detail, the refections wash them out, and it doesn't seem tack sharp. Card would be nicer without scratches or that flake of something next to the number "3"

Nostalgia?by setechaComment: An old wallet? I'm not recognizing this as well as I'd like. Looks like lovely soft old leather, The glare of the light off the leather and the snap is a bit much. Indirect light, bounced off a white board does a good job of even lighting. |

Roseby dr rickComment: Nice yellow. It would be more interesting cropped with less balance or more - make the center really off center or exactly on center. If the lighting were less intense you'd get better shapes and shadows. |

Helen Angelby fdpiechComment: great expression, great soft focus effect. I like how she is leaning on her arms - nice dark sweater with a sublte lined texture. All this works very well. but ACK! those white pieces of paper behind, distracting. this would be so lovely without them - just a solid white or black or some subtle background! 7 |

The Bocce Playerby JPRComment: Very dramatic, never knew Bocce was so action filled. I like the effect of the soft focus on the bold sunlight - very heroic feel, vibrant, suggets action without bluring. I don't like the dark spots in the corners tho' |

Nature's filterby willemComment: Great subject, good title. very nice soft beams of light. I'd crop a bit on the bottom and bring th land on the left closer if not touching the bottom edge. It gives those light beams (and your eyes) a solid destination and somehow feels better to me. |

Dragon Encounterby fisheyeComment: Woah. This looks like a scene out of a movie with special effects. I assume this is a sculpture, those are funky reflections. Wish both front feet were in the frame and the dragon had a bit more room around him, would give more of a feeling he was about to take off. I'f afraid your attempt at soft focus just looks too much like out of focus. |
