Congratulations on making the leap - sure looks like you have been at it for awhile too - a natural! I like this shot a lot . ..enough detail left in the dark places to make out what is there - the shutter speed was perfect and gave a great blur to the water. Nice job!

Funky interesting house .. I like the bright green little plants sticking out .. like how it is sectioned off - however, I can't find a door to come visit. :) Now that plants some interesting thoughts as to what story this photo is telling.

I don't see sparkles, I see wee fairies flying off giggling, escaping from the fun looking birds that don't look as if they can fly very well (grin) .. I like this photo, it made me smile :)

Oh Alice, what a glorious creation this is .. the colors and the reflection grab the eye and the bird invites a longer visit .. You've given me ideas for the many bird shots I have that are too alike to be special to me .. I can change them up to something different .. now I just gotta learn how to do this stuff.

Ohh I like this .. I like that the bird is more realistic looking than the fantasy world it is escaping from .. how beautiful the trees .. the mountains are shimmery and beautiful hues of blues. Great choice of the film strip overlay too .. I hope I read more about the brushes and how to use them as the challenge goes on.

Very nice indeed .. it looks like divers in murky, green water trying to swim towards the light - freedom lies behind it .. I also like what looks like a bullet hole in the middle of the tank .. they are under attack! All around a compelling story to be told here.

In the thumb I thought it was just an all black photo - and then what a lovely surprise .. can't really tell the gender of the person which adds another layer (pun intended) of mystery to this shot. The mesh is great .. I love the darkness and the drama it adds. I really like the areas you picked to lighten. Nicely done!
