I think this photo would have looked more like the challenge if the cigarete was not in it... also, there seems to be a lack of warmth between the subjects... no adoring looks... no holding hands.. but what do I know? good focus, great colors.. and that wee one is certainly dressed to withstand the cold... overall, good job
