Love how the surfer and seagulls are there for scale. I think a little bit more contrast (or d&b) would help showcase those rocks and that glorious sky. Overall, a great image. 8

Not the most technically perfect picture (tilted horizon, noisy sky, glare in the buildings) but this one just made me stop and stare. Love the positioning and the shallow DOF. That expression on your subject is just superb! Sorry but I'm bumping you up to a 10. =)
