Looks a bit too smoothed (especially the hair). Still a very cute photo! I can see strokes above the baby where it looks like perhaps you were dodging the background more white?

I like this but I don't understand the cinnamon sticks with and the cloth towel? I think a white plate would have been more appropo. Didn't affect my vote though.

I just don't see the interest - it is lacking the rule of thirds and a focal point; i.e., rock, boat, tree, swimmer, etc.

I would have enjoyed this a lot more if the eyebrow had been in focus and the iris would have been tack sharp.

I woud have liked this even more if it had been a vertical panorama format to highlight the giraffe's most notable feature - it's long long neck.
