by messerschmittComment: I love trying to see recognizable features in roots and trees, like clouds only different :-) This is nice! Reminds me of the face they gave John Hurt in the movie 'elephant man'; sad story, seems to fit your poem. |

Motherless Childby xianartComment: That is one fantastic overlay! So, is it a painting? The color is fantastic, love the variety of shades and strokes :-) |

Hi!by MelethiaComment: I really like it a lot too!! This is wonderful: love the crop with the smiling face right in the corner, just the perfect amount of blur, and I agree with Karen, that type of border really suits this image! |

The Ladyby AliciaComment: What is so cool about this image, Alicia, is that usually bougainvillea images are bright, perky, cheery, sometimes disgustingly so (and trust me, that's all I have in my collection!). This is dark, rich, detailed and yet mysterious, all at once :-) |

My New Puppy.... Gingerby SunnieeComment: This is just so technically perfect and the puppy is adorable! I'm not at all a dog person, but this could almost persuade me to be :-) Sweet!! |

Jailedby MelethiaComment: So yes, a cat's eyes are incredibly detailed and interesting and definitely worthy of focus, but so is the fur pattern on a cat's nose!! I love this image, the framing is excellent with so much depth, the cat's expression is wonderful (like, how dare you enclose me!), and the detail in the focal point of the image, the NOSE, is excellent! IMO, it is perfect as is :-) |

Alternative framedby MelethiaComment: Cute, but I prefer your submission choice. Those who don't find cats' noses worthy of focus, be dammed! :-) |

Meby TomComment: Wow, just FABULOUS! I've done similar images with the main picture broken up into smaller pictures, but what is so much cooler about yours is 1) the fantastic background and 2)the places where your hands come 'out' of the smaller images. I love it :-) |
