Fenceby caro_08Comment: Great image, great choice of B&W... all ruined for me by the wire running in the forefront. This is where the eye focuses first and it lets down the rest of an otherwise really nice image. |

My Englandby SueWComment: with such a wide angle, your polarizer darkened the top left corner more than the rest of the sky and it gives the (wrong) impression that part of the image is underexposed. |

Time means nothingby Jacques123Comment: I'm guessing that the sun was already set when you took the picture and unfortunately, without any lights in the village, the image lacks contrast. The same scene, with still a few rays of sunshine hitting it, would have been 10 times better. Placing the horizon right in the center of the frame does not help either. I do like the two moving silhouettes in the left bottom corner. They complement your title well. |
