I think the pose here works well, a pretty subject with a very natural expression, again your focus is very good, enjoy the complimentary colors (her red hair and the greenish background)

Selective desaturation has its place but I am not usually a big fan. In this case I don't feel it adds anything to the image. Would of liked this one better in just B&W. The focus is spot on, very crisp. The car in the background is a bit distracting, especially the front windowshield. Overall a good capture.

Wanted to add the B&W conversion is very good, great tones
