Day 3: Haleyby socalsteveComment: agree with stupidcat on all accounts, save one. i wish her eyes and her face were lighter, so that we could see more of that cute little personality she's got. And also, her left hand (her left) is a bit too forced for this type of shot.
but, overall, i love the personality you captured, and nice light. |

Young Indiana Jonesby stupidcatComment: for me, i'd done a tighter crop. though thats just me, im not very good at distinguishing good negative space and bad.

sydney_day3.jpgby stupidcatComment: oh how precise. i quite like the lighting here, because it gives it a sense of the moon light spilling in through her window and lighting her. very nicely done. |

Attitudeby TCGuruComment: beautiful colors, the blue eyes and red shirt compliment each other very well, making an interesting choice of where my eye wants to look first. i love all the attitude your youngings are giving you, its cracking me up. |

ariel_day2.jpgby stupidcatComment: i love the whole theme of her dressings. the chopsticks are a really nice touch.
However, i find the lighting on her shirt just a tad too bright. may just be a personal preference though.
I do like the lighting in her eyes thoguh, they really pop off the screen. |

Marshall & Syd 2.JPGby avalanche1030Comment: focus on this one is better than the first, good job. i dont find the white fur all that overexposed, it looks pretty good, save the little patch near the right of his head. keep up the growth, were only in day 2! |

X-press-marketby sfaliceComment: im not a fan of the blur on the builings, but from your circumstances, i say you did very well with the shot that you were agiven. The yellow blur is really a nice touch to the whole image. the tilt isnt distracting, even though i notived it. great job. |

Robber Fly on Cloverby GregoryBComment: wow! superb focus on his eyes, every little bump on his body can be seen, which is strived for in the macro world. the droplets on the leaf add interest as well, composition is spot on.
overall, nicely done! |
