she is so pretty! i love the combination of different fun colors you used, from the light greens to the light pinks, to the pale blues, all work together into making an interesting yet cute photo. great job.

Surfviving the arctic winter

composition: a little off, no definite subject, which makes the eyes travel all over the frame, looking for something to focus on.

color:interesting find of colors. the oranges are offset well by the greens

contrast: flat, no real interesting contrasts

focus: good focus, can clearly state and tell what the plants are

depth of field: could have been used more creatively

lighting: flat

other: I hope i didn't come across as a putter-downer, but this image has almost nothing going for it. The subject, which I presume is the orange plant, isn't interesting. the colors are nice, but with no interesting interpretation of the subject, i feel this image is actually boring ina sense. These reasons are probably why your image scored so low. try revisiting this subject and looking at it from different angles, from a worms eye view to using the depth of field more uniquely. Hikers on the Hill

composition: the tree, hikers and hill are all placed pleasingly in the composition. enough sky to make me smile.

color: The enchanting pinks, yellows, and reds play a vital role in the image, making memories of childhoods long ago

contrast: a little more contrast in the sky would have been nice, but the creamy flow of them also is pleasing, either way.

focus: great sharp focus on the hill and elements

depth of field:good

lighting: your right, it was one of those moment when you know the light is quite special. this is exceptional lighting, great find

other: overall, a very achieving image, i wish it would have scored higher. the hikers remind me of us her in everyday life, traveling to the ends of our hills, going where we have never gone before, seeking the beauty, and embracing nature. i hope this was helpful to you, if you have any further questions feel free to PM me.
