a tough picture to take. you just managed to not blacken out your subject and show some details. from a compositional point: the tree is pulling the viewers eyes away from your subject and out of the picture, the bottom part is not really needed for your picture, right? Don'y show it. Place your subject out of the dead center and show some negative space, filled with the nice pastel colors of the sky and clouds.
