I like yersterday's shot better. It seems like on the other one, the bug is coming out of the picture. Here it's moving square in front of your lens. Also the smooth surface, not interupted by water drops is more characteristic for the bug.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great shot with strong good colors and good sharpness. I just like the other one more :)

The fence is a real nice strong entry into your pictures. What brings the picture down for me is the posterization in big parts of your pic.
